School Project, 2024
Presenting my final project: a sustainable furniture store concept that redefines the retail experience through circular design.
This recycling center store uses reclaimed materials both in its construction and in the creation of unique, eco-friendly
furniture pieces available for sale. The space includes a welcoming reception area, hands-on workshops, organized shelving and
storage areas for display, and a rooftop café offering a relaxing environment for visitors. This project exemplifies a commitment to
sustainability, with each design decision focused on reducing waste and promoting creativity in upcycled design. Step inside
to explore a store where sustainability and style come together.

The projects main purpose is to :
Set up an infrastructure to collect, sort and distribute recycled products.

Existing building is a storage

The existing building consists of 2 buildings in the city center of Montpellier. The first building that overlooks the street is intended for housing. The second is a warehouse for a carpentry and locksmith shop.

The first floor of both buildings will be dedicated to welcoming customers and the recycling workshop.
The upper floors of the first building will be dedicated to furniture showrooms according to their materials.
